SUPEROS RESTRUCTURING FUND is an alternative investment fund (AIF)  that invests assets in company portfolios with the goal of financial and  business restructuring (turnaround). This AIF was designed as a separate  asset within Superos Fund Management, and is listed on the Slovenian  Securities Market Agency’s alternative investment funds register.

The fund is intended for investors who are focused on long-term investment with the goal of higher profitability and for companies with untapped potential that understand the opportunity of collaborating with a strong financial partner that provides extensive managerial and organizational experiences.

The investment policy is focused on identifying companies with above-average growth potential, which are mainly hampered by a lack of long-term financial resources, visionary management, and international business opportunities.

The fund’s partners and team members with their decades of experience in the field of M&A provide portfolio companies, by restructuring their business processes and financial resources, the opportunity for faster and more stable growth and by doing so to deliver above-average returns for investors.
