DEVELOPMENT OF REAL ESTATE PROJECTS

SUPEROS PASSIVE REAL ESTATE FUND and SUPEROS DEVELOPMENT REAL ESTATE FUND are alternative investment funds (AIFs) that direct assets into real estate and real estate projects. These AIFs are formed as separate assets within Superos Fund Management, and are listed on the Slovenian Securities Market Agency’s alternative investment funds register.

Both funds invest in various types of real estate, primarily in Slovenia and secondarily elsewhere in Europe.

The first fund is intended for those that aim to invest in real estate while maintaining the advantage of investing in mutual funds (diversification and liquidity) and the regularity of investment inflows.

The second fund is for those intending to invest in real estate projects (mostly for well-known clients) with a maturity of two  to five years and with substantially higher returns, without  the option of regular liquidity, as the return is only paid when the investment is realised.
